Service Agreement & Payment Terms

All vinyl flooring installations are covered by a detailed service agreement that includes:

  • Complete scope of work and specifications
  • Project timeline and completion schedule
  • Total project cost and payment terms
  • Warranty coverage and terms
  • Quality standards and acceptance criteria

Your service agreement serves as both a contract and our mutual commitment to a successful project outcome.

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel your project before work begins:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred (such as material deposits, permits, or non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
  • Notification: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.

During Installation

If you need to cancel while work is in progress:

  • Pro-Rated Refund: You will receive a refund for work not yet completed, minus costs for materials already purchased and work already performed.
  • Material Responsibility: You may be responsible for the cost of materials that cannot be returned or resold.
  • Partial Payment: Payment is expected for work completed up to the cancellation date.

After Project Completion

Once work is completed and you have approved the installation:

  • No Refunds: Refunds are generally not available after project completion and approval.
  • Warranty Service: Instead, our warranty terms apply for any defects or issues.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the work, we'll work with you to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

Instead of traditional refunds, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage:

Installation Warranty

  • Coverage: Workmanship, installation quality, and defect resolution
  • Service: Free repair or replacement of defective work

Material Warranty

  • Duration: Manufacturer warranties (typically 10-25 years)
  • Coverage: Material defects and premature wear
  • Service: Material replacement through manufacturer

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Normal wear from high traffic or inadequate maintenance
  • Damage from standing water or excessive moisture
  • Defects covered by manufacturer warranties

Special Circumstances

Weather & Force Majeure

Weather delays or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds but may require rescheduling of work.

Material Availability

If selected materials become unavailable, we will work with you to select suitable alternatives or provide full refund for material costs if acceptable alternatives cannot be found.

Site Conditions

If we discover significant site issues (extensive subfloor damage, moisture problems, etc.), we will provide an updated estimate and you may choose to proceed with additional work or cancel the project.

Refund Processing

When refunds are approved, they will be processed as follows:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used (check for cash payments, credit card refund for card payments)
  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Questions: Contact us if you haven't received your refund within 10 business days
