Community Floors LLC provides professional vinyl flooring installation services including:

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) installation
  • Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring installation
  • Commercial vinyl flooring solutions
  • Floor repair and maintenance services
  • Subfloor preparation and repair

All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.

3. Service Agreement and Estimates

All work is performed under a separate written service agreement that includes:

  • Detailed scope of work and specifications
  • Project timeline and schedule
  • Total project cost and payment terms
  • Warranty coverage and limitations
  • Change order procedures

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates may be revised based on site conditions discovered during work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and may include:

  • Down payment required before work begins
  • Progress payments as work milestones are completed
  • Final payment due upon satisfactory completion and customer approval
  • Accepted payment methods: check, credit card, and approved financing
  • Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts

All prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope modifications.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to work areas
  • Removing furniture and personal items from work areas
  • Ensuring power and lighting in work areas
  • Making site available during agreed-upon times
  • Obtaining necessary permits (if required)
  • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for personal property

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide comprehensive warranty coverage including:

  • Installation Warranty: 1-10 years depending on service type
  • Material Warranty: Manufacturer warranties typically 10-25 years
  • Workmanship Warranty: Covers installation quality and defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Normal wear from high traffic or inadequate maintenance
  • Damage from standing water or excessive moisture
  • Defects in materials covered by manufacturer's warranty

7. Changes and Modifications

Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in:

  • Additional charges for extra work or materials
  • Extended project timelines
  • Revised payment schedules

We reserve the right to modify our services and terms as needed, with notice to existing customers.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit minus any non-recoverable costs
  • During Work: Pro-rated payment for work completed plus costs incurred
  • After Completion: Warranty terms apply, refunds not typically available

We may cancel work for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of terms with appropriate notice.

9. Insurance and Liability

Community Floors LLC maintains:

  • General liability insurance
  • Workers' compensation insurance
  • Professional liability coverage

We are not responsible for damage to items not removed from work areas or for pre-existing conditions. Customers should maintain adequate insurance coverage for personal property.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if direct negotiation fails
  • Arbitration as required by Missouri state law
  • Courts of competent jurisdiction in Missouri if other methods fail

All disputes are governed by Missouri state law.

11. Website Use

Use of our website is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree not to:
